Vintage 2021
The growing season welcomed decent early rainfall producing full
ripeness and lush fruit, adding terrific aromatics to our Sauvignon Blanc.
The dryer conditions that followed allowed sugar levels to develop and
provide steady ripening, resulting in wonderful natural acidity.

Winemaking
The whole bunches are pressed very gently over a long period of time to
avoid too much skin damage and preserving the phenolic uptake.
We go through painstaking lengths to preserve the natural Sauvignon
Blanc flavours by keeping the fruit and juice cool during handling in the
winery.

Tasting Notes
Endless Tingle. Light straw in colour with pure, fresh tropical yellow fruit
notes, crisp apples and a hint of lime zest. Endless Sauv’s trademark
minerality with its signature balance of tight acidity delivers a lively,
young palate with ample mouthfeel. A tickle on your tongue .
