Tasting Notes
Subtle layers of just ripe pear, marmalade and orange flower with a hint of acidity is present in this very drinkable King Valley Grigio that finishes off with a pleasantly dry minerality.

Winemaking
The fruit is harvested cool in the early am and tipped directly into the press to quickly extract the juice with minimal skin contact and oxidative handling of the juice further helps remove any unwanted tannins and colour. The juice is clarified and fermented in a stainless steel tank for approximately 14 days at temperatures between 13° & 15° Celsius. The wine is stabilised and fined prior to bottling in July 2019 to lock in the crisp, fresh and unique Grigio aromatics.

About the Vineyard:
The climate and growing environment of the King Valley has been known to be uncanningly similar to that of Southern Italy. Hence, the richness and quality of traditional Italian grape varieties grow beautifully in the Valley.
