The Heavenly palate is as vibrant as lemon meringue, exploding as you take a sip, with cleansing acidity finishing in a creamy soft mousse that floats towards a mouthfeel visitation.

Machine harvested at night while the angels watch over us with an ever so gentle pressing to preserve the full flavour of the grapes. The excellent fruit structure and acid balance presents with a fine bead delicate enough to dance off your tongue.

Held on lees for minimum 3 months.
